2018
「素材」をテーマとしたメディア・アート、空間演出団体「Materia(マテリア)」に参加し、第一回となる展示を制作した。チームのコンセプト設定、チームの編成、作品のコンセプト設定、企画書作成、作品制作(主に装置の設計)、キャプション制作、展示制作等に携わった。
身近な素材を用いたアート作品を作るというテーマでアイデアを出した。トイレットペーパーのもつアフォーダンスに着目し、普段目にする動きと逆に人に反応して逃げていく動きをした時の違和感を表現する作品を提案した。
Participated in "Materia," a media art and scenography organization based on the theme of "materials," and produced the first exhibition. I was involved in setting up the team concept, organizing the team, setting up the concept of the work, writing the proposal, creating the work (mainly designing the equipment), creating the caption, and creating the exhibition.
The idea was to create an artwork using familiar materials. Focusing on the affordances of toilet paper, the team proposed a work that expresses a sense of discomfort when it reacts to people and runs away from them, in contrast to the movements we usually see.
